Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena C. Norman will be speaking at the 2022 Berkeley Forum on Corporate Governance on November 8, 2022.  The panel session, which begins at 10:15 in the morning, is entitled "The Practitioners' Guide to Delaware."  Ms. Norman will be joined by panelists Randall J.
