"Coping With Conflict," Litigation Panelist, Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law: Transactional and Litigation Perspectives, Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association

Elena C. Norman, Partner in Young Conaway's Corporate Counseling and Litigation Section, will be participating in a panel discussion entitled, "Coping with Conflict," as part of the Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law: Transactional and Litigation Perspectives program sponsored by the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.  The panel will discuss recent case law of the Delaware Supreme Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery which provides significant guidance for stockholders, directors and officers or other advisors who may be involved in conflict of interest transactions.
