Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Forum on Business Considerations for Creating Entities in DE, PA and NJ
Craig Grear and Jim Hughes were panelists at a seminar on July 17 in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s forum on business considerations for creating entities in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The four-hour presentation was designed to raise issues for practitioners to consider when advising clients on entity selection, taxes, fiduciary duties, and exit strategies. There was a heavy emphasis on the advantages that Delaware provides to start-ups and more established companies over its neighboring states. The seminar was also simulcast to attorneys in Allentown, Pittsburgh and four other cities in Pennsylvania.
