Young Conaway to Host the Weinberg Center’s 2025 Distinguished Lecture

Young Conaway will host the University of Delaware’s Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance’s 2025 Distinguished Lecture on April 17, 2025. This year’s distinguished speaker is Hon. Sam Glasscock III, Retired Vice Chancellor, who recently retired after two decades of service on the Delaware Court of Chancery.

The event will feature a discussion with two of Vice Chancellor Glasscock’s former clerks, Ashleigh Herrin and  Abraham Schneider, both now practicing corporate lawyers in Wilmington. The conversation will focus on the role of equity jurisprudence in shaping corporate law.

This complimentary program includes lunch, but advance registration is required. Seating is limited and will be secured on a rolling basis.
