Personal Injury Partner Rick DiLiberto is Governor Carney’s appointee as Chairman of the Delaware Commission on Italian Heritage and Culture. In that capacity, he was asked by the editors of the Delaware Valley Italian-American Herald to reflect upon and write some thoughts about the events of 2020 and hopes for 2021.
