Office and Trial practice 2012 (Friday, October 12, at Chase Center on the Riverfront) was co-sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Bar Foundation, and featured presentations from three Young Conaway attorneys:

· Rick DiLiberto discussed: “Settlement – When to Hold ‘Em and When to Fold ‘Em”,

· Molly DiBianca showed us, “How to Weather the Cloud – The Discovery of Social Media Evidence”, and

· Bill Johnston offered a “Memorial Tribute to Bruce M. Stargatt, Esquire”.

The program also featured Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia, who discussed his book: Reading Law: The Interpretation of Legal Texts.
