Personal Injury Section Partners Rick DiLiberto and Tim Lengkeek are featured speakers at the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association Annual Convention June 10-11 in Rehoboth Beach. Mr. DiLiberto is lecturing on “Ethics Update” with Superior Court Judge Mary M. Johnston and Mr. Lengkeek on “Deposition Conduct—Dos and Don’ts” with Robert J. Leoni, Esq. and Retired Superior Court Judge Charles H. Toliver, IV. The convention will also feature cutting-edge topics by other leading practitioners, Superior Court judges, and U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.). Participants are eligible for 8.75 hours of DE and PA CLE.
