The Delaware Valley Italian American Herald recently featured Personal Injury partner Rick DiLiberto as one of its Achievers.

The article highlights Mr. DiLiberto's achievements as a state legislator. He was responsible for House Bill 393 which inserted the freedom of speech back into the state's Bill of Rights. The freedom of speech was inexplicably removed from Delaware's 1897 constitution.

The paper goes on to discuss Mr. DiLiberto's efforts to help his clients rebuild their lives. He provides them with guidance in several areas of the law including insurance, tort and personal injury, and tax and estate planning.

Mr. DiLiberto was appointed by Governor Markell to the Delaware Commission on Italian Heritage and Culture. He has helped plan the famous St. Anthony's Italian Festival. Mr. DiLiberto also supports a number of sister city relationships.
