Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring attorney, Robert Poppiti will be a panelist at the AIRA's 32nd Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference. The conference is being held in San Diego, CA from June 8-11.

The panel, entitled "Professional Standards of Care for Attorneys and Financial Advisors," will discuss similarities and differences in ethical responsibilities and professional standards/duties between CPAs, CIRAs and attorneys, as well as attorney-client privilege issues with respect to non-attorney restructuring professionals. Mr. Poppiti will be joined on the panel by Bill Harrington of the Office of the U.S. Trustee, Hon. Peter Bowie (retired) of Ballard Spahr LLP, and Jim Lukenda of Huron Business Advisory.
