Biography

Skyler practices corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court.

Before joining Young Conaway, Skyler clerked for the Honorable Mary Miller Johnston of the Delaware Superior Court CCLD.  She also worked as a summer intern in the Court of Chancery. Through these experiences, Skyler earned valuable insight into judges’ preferences and expectations, and gained an informed perspective on Delaware jurisprudence.

Skyler graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2019. During her time at W&L, she worked in the Community Legal Practice Center, a student clinic serving nonprofit organizations and residents of the local community. Skyler also served as a Lead Articles Editor for the W&L Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, and as the Online Editor for the W&L Law News.
