Before joining private practice, Joe clerked in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, gaining invaluable insight into the judicial processes.

Joe earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. He received his B.A. from Muhlenberg College with a double major in political science and psychology.
