Young Conaway Welcomes Back Partner Allurie Kephart

Young Conaway is pleased to announce that Allurie Kephart has rejoined the firm as a Partner in our Bankruptcy and Business Planning and Tax Sections.

Allurie has a broad background advising clients on corporate and alternative entity matters under Delaware law and brings significant experience helping distressed companies address intricate corporate and entity‑related issues, including those arising in bankruptcy settings.

She has worked with special conflicts committees on restructurings, asset transactions, and other major matters.
