Pilar focuses her practice primarily on patent infringement litigation, trade secret and complex corporate and commercial litigation matters in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Pilar also supports the firm’s Bankruptcy section with bankruptcy-related litigation and in representing corporations as debtors-in-possession in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
She is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and a co-author of the Delaware IP Law Blog, www.delawareiplaw.com.
During law school, Pilar was an extern for the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Supreme Court of Delaware. She also served as a member of the University of Pittsburgh’s Journal of Technology Law & Policy and worked in the law school’s Elder Law Clinic.
