Bill has broad and diverse trial experience and he has litigated matters involving, among others: corporate ownership and control disputes; shareholder derivative actions; contract and commercial disputes; government affairs; defense of mass tort actions (in which he has represented companies in the energy, technology, industrial manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries); and, real estate, including matters involving financing, construction defects, home owners’ associations, title claims, deed and use restrictions, land use appeals, engineering errors, eminent domain, foreclosures and leases.

Bill has been recognized for his accomplishments in various publications, including being named as a “500 Leading Litigator in America” in Lawdragon since 2023.  He is praised for his practical approach and versatility and for having an “ability to digest difficult facts and concepts, strategize, and read the minds of judges and juries” that “is second to none.”
