Biography

Alyssa utilizes her proven leadership success and strong business acumen to apply a strategic and collaborative approach to the practice of law. Prior to beginning her legal practice, she spent nearly a decade in the Automotive industry developing customized asset management solutions for her clients’ unique and crucial business needs across diverse sectors, such as Transportation, Energy, and Food Service. As an associate in Young Conaway’s Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section, Alyssa applies her broad corporate perspectives and experiences to advocate for her clients in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Alyssa received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School where she was External Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. During law school, she was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to law school, she earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University.
