Biography

Amber's practice focuses on advising clients on a wide range of business planning and commercial transactions. She offers guidance on corporate governance, the organization and documentation of business deals, and matters involving alternative entities. Amber also works closely with the firm’s bankruptcy attorneys, providing guidance on governance and transactional issues.

Amber graduated from Penn State Law, where she earned concentrations in both commercial law and corporate law and practice. During law school, she interned at Penn State's Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she provided legal support to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and non-profit organizations, offering services such as entity formation, founder and investor agreements, shareholder agreements, loan arrangements, and regulatory compliance.

Amber earned her B.S. in Accounting in 2020 from Arcadia University.
