Biography

Brynna’s practice centers around the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring matters. She works with clients from across business sectors and at all stages of a bankruptcy proceeding.

While in law school, Brynna worked in the Georgetown Law Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented victims of intimate partner violence in civil protection order cases in D.C. Superior Court and gained client-centered advocacy skills that she applies in her work every day. Brynna was also a member of the Georgetown Trial Advocacy team, which allowed her to sharpen her oral advocacy skills, as well as her knowledge of evidentiary and procedural issues. She served as a Senior Editorial Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and, as a result, worked with legal authors from across the globe to publish the best possible version of their article.
