The article discusses the recent rulings in Federal-Mogul and Thorpe, and how they, "substantially clarify and reaffirm the rights of reorganizing debtors faced with uncertain asbestos liabilities to earmark insurance assets for the benefit of asbestos claimants pursuant to a § 524(g) plan."
