Anne Shea Gaza Named 2023 Litigator of the Year – Delaware by Managing IP Awards
WILMINGTON, Delaware – Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP is pleased to announce that Anne Shea Gaza has been named 2023 Litigator of the Year – Delaware by Managing IP. This award was presented to Ms. Gaza last night during the 18th annual Managing IP Awards ceremony at JW Marriott Essex House in New York City. The annual awards, which are regarded among the most respected in the legal industry, are given in recognition of an individual’s or firm’s significant achievements and developments over the last year. The 2023 Litigator of the Year awards are presented to individuals behind the most innovative and challenging intellectual property work of the past year, as well as those driving the global IP market. This is the second time Managing IP has awarded this honor to Ms. Gaza.
The Managing IP Awards are the most comprehensive and widely respected IP awards in the world. After conducting extensive peer and client research, Managing IP presented the award to Ms. Gaza in recognition of her achievements in all aspects of IP litigation, especially in cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, where she has extensive experience serving as counsel for leading technology and life sciences companies. Ms. Gaza also received the 2022 Patent IP Star ranking for both national and Delaware jurisdictions. In addition to the foregoing awards and recognitions, she has been recognized by Managing Intellectual Property magazine as one of the Top 250 Women Practitioners in IP.

Partner Anne Shea Gaza focuses her practice on patent and trademark litigation, complex commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
