Anne Shea Gaza Shortlisted As 2024 Litigator of the Year - Delaware by Managing IP

The winner will receive their award during the 19th annual Managing IP Awards ceremony at JW Marriott Essex House in New York City on April 25, 2024. The annual awards, which are regarded among the most respected in the legal industry, are given in recognition of an individual’s or firm’s significant achievements and developments over the last year. The 2024 Litigator of the Year awards are presented to individuals behind the most innovative and challenging intellectual property work of the past year, as well as those driving the global IP market.
Managing IP has presented this award to Ms. Gaza twice before in recognition of her achievements in all aspects of IP litigation, especially in cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, where she has extensive experience serving as counsel for leading technology and life sciences companies. Ms. Gaza has received the 2023 Patent IP Star ranking for both national and Delaware jurisdictions. In addition to the foregoing awards and recognitions, she has been recognized by Managing Intellectual Property magazine as one of the Top 250 Women Practitioners in IP.
About Anne Shea Gaza
Partner Anne Shea Gaza focuses her practice on patent and trademark litigation, complex commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She co-chairs Young Conaway’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Ms. Gaza is the first female Asian American to serve on the leadership team of a large Delaware law firm.
