Young Conaway is pleased to announce that Samantha G. Wilson has been named Partner effective January 1, 2023.  Ms. Wilson focuses her practice on patent litigation before the District of Delaware in both bench and jury trials.  She represents clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software, consumer electronics, and wireless telecommunications. In addition to her skills as a litigator,  Ms. Wilson regularly advises clients on the intellectual property implications of potential business transactions.

Ms. Wilson is a frequent speaker on industry related topics.  She received her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law  and her B.A., with Distinction, from Yale University.  Ms. Wilson is licensed to practice in Delaware.
