Lauren focuses her practice on all aspects of business planning and commercial transactions, including the use of alternative entities, corporate governance questions, and the structure and documentation of financings, mergers and acquisitions.  Additionally, she renders legal opinions with respect to business entities and transactional issues.  Lauren’s attention to detail adds significant value to each transaction and helps produce favorable outcomes for her clients.  She also works closely with the firm’s bankruptcy attorneys on transactional matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren was an associate with a boutique Delaware law firm where she advised clients in connection with the formation and governance of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.  She also provided advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance and commercial real estate transactions.
