Young Conaway welcomes Robert V. A. Harra III as a New Partner in the Business Planning and Tax Group.  Rob brings significant experience in commercial transactions, corporate and alternative entity structuring, and general business law. His practice also encompasses guiding Delaware trustees and individuals through estate planning, trust administration, and wealth‑transfer strategies.

Rob has worked extensively with entrepreneurs, business owners, and a wide range of business entities—including corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, and Delaware statutory trusts—on matters involving entity creation, governance, ownership changes, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and major operational or financial transactions. Rob also collaborates with lawyers and institutions across the country and abroad to deliver Delaware legal opinions in complex, multijurisdictional matters.
