On Thursday, February 6th, Corporate Partner, Rolin Bissell was an expert commentator at the 2020 Forum on M&A and Governance hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Freshfields, Bruckhaus & Deringer LLP. The conference had over 400 attendees, mostly from the Bay area.

Rolin participated in a discussion of developments in Delaware M&A featuring Vice Chancellor (and former Young Conaway Corporate Partner) Kathaleen McCormick and there exchange was reported in a Law360 Article about the conference. Although the Law360 reporter seems to have completely misunderstood the gist of Vice Chancellor McCormick’s remarks, because the reporter also seemed to be under the impression that Rolin was well spoken and that the Vice Chancellor agreed with him, we will not be suggesting any corrections.
