Sean M. Beach, Co-Chair and Partner of Young Conaway's Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Section will participate in the "Views from the Bench" panel at the 13th Annual Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit.  The Summit is being held at The Union League of Philadelphia on Thursday, March 24, 2022.

Those attending will hear perspectives from both a panel of bankruptcy court judges and a panel of attorneys on the outcomes of recent bankruptcy cases. Mr. Beach will be joined on the attorney panel by Mark Minuti, Partner and Co-Chair, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, and Andrew I. Silfen, Esq., Managing Partner, New York and Chair of the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, Arent Fox, LLP.  The judges panel will include:

• The Honorable Magdeline D. Coleman, United States Bankruptcy Chief Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
• The Honorable Jerrold N. Poslusny, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey
• The Honorable Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware
