On September 12-13, 2009, Richard J.A. Popper will be speaking at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ("ACTEC") in Cape May, NJ. He will discuss various Delaware estate planning topics.

Membership in ACTEC is by election of the regents of the College. Richard is one of only twelve elected ACTEC Fellows in Delaware. Fellows are expected to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Four times a year, ACTEC also produces an academic journal which explores tax, trust and estate topics and provides practitioners with legislative updates.
