Mike Nestor, Young Conaway's Vice-Chair and Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Partner, will be moderating a panel entitled, "Corporate Investigations for Companies in Distress: Planning, Process and Execution," at the American Bankruptcy Institute's Winter Leadership Conference 2023.  The panel will outline a step-by-step process to review potential claims against parties-in-interest in chapter 11 proceedings.
