Michael R. Nestor, Partner in Young Conaway's Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Section, will be participating in a panel entitled, "Living Under the U.S. Trustee Guidelines" at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute's 2014 Annual Spring Meeting in April 2014. The panel will discuss how the U.S. Trustee guidelines have been implemented, what reception they have received from the courts and whether they have changed the way large chapter 11 cases are administered.
