Michael Nestor, will be a panelist at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 10th Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program on November 7, 2013. This year's program, which runs from 10:00 a.m. until 5:45 p.m. at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, will consist of several panel discussions based upon a case study named Crystal Restaurants.

Mr. Nestor's panel will be discussing "Subsidiary Obligations on the Debt," - specifically whether operating subsidiaries can be considered obligors or guarantors of parent unsecured debt.
