Michael Nestor Elected Fellow, American College of Bankruptcy

Young Conaway is proud to announce that Vice-Chair and Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Partner Michael R. Nestor has been elected to the American College of Bankruptcy's 36th Class of Fellows. The new Fellows are being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice. They will be inducted during the Annual Meeting in March 2025 in Washington, D.C. 

Jennifer Hagle, Chair of the Board of Regents responsible for selecting these candidates, noted, “Representing a broad cross-section of our industry, this year’s class of College Fellows exemplifies the combination of exceptional professional talent, integrity and commitment to scholarship and service that is the hallmark of the College. The Board of Regents enthusiastically welcomes Class XXXVI and looks forward to celebrating our new College Fellows in Washington D.C. in the spring.”


About the American College of Bankruptcy

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the insolvency practice and to their communities. College Fellows include business and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, judges and other government officials, corporate turnaround specialists, accountants, financial advisors, academics, and other professionals who are experts in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency both in the United States and Internationally.

The College facilitates the effective domestic and cross-border application of bankruptcy and insolvency laws and the administration of justice in the courts through, among other activities, conducting professional educational programs, sponsoring the publication of scholarly reports, and maintaining the National Bankruptcy Archives.
