Five Young Conaway Attorneys Participating In The 21st Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar On Ethics and Professionalism
Five Young Conaway attorneys will be participating in the 21st Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar. The all day CLE event will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.
Margaret DiBianca, Counsel in Young Conaway's Labor and Employment Section, will be moderating a panel entitled, "Navigating the Choppy Waters of Social Media: A Lawyer's Guide." She will be joined by Young Conaway Intellectual Property attorneys, Partner Anne Shea Gaza and Samantha G. Wilson.
Robert S. Brady, Vice Chairman and Young Conaway Bankruptcy partner, will be participating in a panel discussing "Ethical Issues in Bankruptcy Law." The panel will also include The Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.
Business Planning Partner Norman M. Powell will join colleagues from several Wilmington firms in a panel discussion entitled, "Ethics in Transactional Practice."
