"COBRA," Delaware Medical Group Management Association Half-Day HR Program
On March 25, 2009, Weiner Benefits Group sponsored a half-day HR program for members of the Delaware Medical Group Management Association (DMGMA). During this program, Cassandra Roberts, a partner in Young Conaway's Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation section, spoke about the recently enacted Delaware Workers' Compensation Reform Legislation. Timothy J. Snyder, a partner in Young Conaway's Tax/Trusts & Estates and Benefits Section, discussed a number of HR issues including compliance with the COBRA subsidy provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
