2009 Annual Employment Law Seminar

April 29, 2009
Chase Center on the Riverfront

Wilmington, Delaware

Congress and the new Obama administration have been taking full advantage of their first 100 days in office. In a little over two months, the administration has brought significant change to the employment law statutes that we deal with every day. This endorsement of change has not been limited to the federal government. At the state level, Delaware's Department of Labor has also implemented modifications to various employment regulations.

To keep you up-to-date on all of these amendments and to share information about innovative HR techniques, Young Conaway's Employment Law Section is pleased to announce its 2009 Annual Employment Law Seminar on Wednesday, April 29, 2009.

This year's seminar will be held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. Our attorneys and keynote speakers will be providing a full day of presentations on topics such as: FMLA, Managing Layoffs, Job Screening with Social Networking, Employee Engagement and Handling Unemployment Claims.

Space for this all-day seminar is limited so plan on registering early! Your registration fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch and a binder containing all seminar materials.

For complete descriptions of the presentations and conference registration information, please download brochure above.
