Delaware Case Law Update, 2023 LLC Institute, American Bar Association LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee

Tammy L. Mercer, Partner and Chair of Young Conaway's Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2023 LLC Institute hosted by the American Bar Association LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee. 

The discussion,  entitled "Delaware Case Law Update," will highlight recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware on various topics of significance, including cases dealing with fiduciary duties, the implied covenant, dissolution, application of the void and voidable doctrine and cases illustrating issues arising in drafting operating agreements. 

Ms. Mercer will be joined by co-panelist, Tarik J. Haskins, Partner at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.
