Elena Norman Participating in Delaware Law Developments Simulcast 2018 Sponsored by PLI
On Thursday, May 24th, Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a simulcast panel entitled, "Recent Developments in Delaware Law." The panel is part of an all-day program on Delaware Law sponsored by PLI.
Panelists will provide an overview of recent developments in Delaware law, including a "nuts and bolts" discussion of litigation practice in the Delaware Chancery Court. They are also expected to discuss recent developments with LLCs and limited partnerships and current issues in Appraisal Litigation and Valuation.
