Young Conaway Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena Norman will be speaking at the 2023 Conference on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance hosted by Columbia Law School on Friday, December 8th. The event brings together academics, prominent practitioners, economists, and judges to discuss various legal updates.
Ms. Norman will be participating in a panel discussion about oral argument in In re Match Group, a significant case before the Delaware Supreme Court that will feature an important question - briefed for the first time on appeal - involving the MFW case and controller fiduciary claims.
