Panelist, 32nd Tulane Corporate Law Institute
Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a panel discussion at the 32nd Tulane Corporate Law Institute on March 5, 2020. The panel, entitled "Delaware Developments," will review corporate law case trends and statutory highlights that have occurred over the past year. Ms. Norman will be joined on the panel by Chancellor Andre Bouchard, and attorneys Corinne Amato, Scott Luftglass, and Randall Baron. Attorney Gregory P. Williams will moderate the session.
Ms. Norman is also a member of the planning committee, along with her colleague David McBride, for the Tulane Corporate Law Institute. The institute is considered one of the premier M&A, corporate, and security law conferences in the United States. Those who attend can network and learn from the judiciary of Delaware's Supreme Court and Court of Chancery, corporate counsel from around the country, and financial professionals.
