On Thursday, March 17th, Elena C. Norman, Partner in Young Conaway's Corporate Counseling and Litigation Section, will be a panelist at the upcoming 28th Annual Corporate Law Institute at Tulane University Law School. The panel entitled "Delaware Developments" will discuss significant Delaware case law including "the effect of shareholder approval on the applicable burden of proof, the status of aiding and abetting liability for corporate advisors, the continuing controversy regarding the efficacy and propriety of disclosure settlements, and the renewed debate regarding the distinction between derivative and class action."
