Supreme Court Review 2022: A Discussion of Decisions at the Highest State and Federal Judicial Levels

Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Ryan P. Newell will be speaking at the upcoming half-day seminar entitled "Supreme Court Review 2022: A Discussion of Decisions at the Highest State and Federal Judicial Levels," sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association. 

Mr. Newell will be part of a panel providing an overview of the year’s developments in Corporate Law, Criminal Law, and General Civil Litigation through the decisions rendered by Delaware’s Supreme Court.  He will be joined by moderator The Honorable Gary F. Traynor and panelists Samuel L. Closic, Esquire of Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A. and Kathryn J. Garrison, Esquire of the Department of Justice.  The Delaware Supreme Court panel will be followed by Delaware Law School Professor Alan Garfield who will discuss highlights from the recently concluded 2021 – 2022 Supreme Court term and preview some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2022 – 2023 term.
