Tammy L. Mercer, Panelist at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2019 LLC Institute
Corporate Partner Tammy Mercer will be participating in a panel discussion on Thursday, November 7th at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2019 LLC Institute being held at the Stetson Tampa Law Center in Tampa FL.
The panel entitled, “Delaware Case Law Update,” will discuss recent LLC and partnership cases decided by Delaware’s courts, including those dealing with fiduciary duties, implied covenants, and dissolution among other topics. Ms. Mercer will be joined on the panel by Lou Hering (Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Wilmington, Delaware) and Prof. James J. Wheaton (Boston University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts) .
The 2019 LLC Institute is a two-day program which offers attendees nine CLE programs on the latest developments in LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Law.
