Molly DiBianca was quoted by Abigail Rubenstein in her recent article entitled, "Sanctions For Deleted Facebook Give Employers A Boost," which was featured in Law 360. The article discussed a recent New Jersey federal court case which focused on a plaintiff's deletion of his Facebook account. The court found that the plaintiff's actions amounted to the destruction of evidence. The decision has been praised by employment attorneys who believe that relevant social media content should be preserved in litigation as part of the discovery process.
