Lauren Fortunato Chosen to Participate in MCCA Sources of Success Program

WILMINGTON – Young Conaway is pleased to announce that corporate litigation attorney Lauren Fortunato has been chosen to participate in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Sources of Success Program.

The Sources of Success Program is a twelve-month mandatory program that combines courses in client development, executive presence, organizational leadership, strategic career management, effective communication strategies as well as group and individual coaching. Participants also engage with leaders from major companies in various industries as panel participants and mentors. The program is open to diverse attorneys working in MCCA member law firms or legal departments who have less than 10 years of professional experience.
