FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Norman M. Powell has been appointed co-chairman of the Northeast Business Law Center (NEBLC). The NEBLC was founded in 2004, under the auspices of the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA), with the goal of bringing together leaders of the bench and bar, law professors, and non-lawyer community leaders to promote ethics, consider business law issues, and provide sophisticated business law CLE to the legal community in the northeastern United States. The NYCLA was founded in 1908 as the first major bar association in the country that admitted members without regard to race, ethnicity, religion or gender.
