Powell Elected Member of Governing Council ABA Business Law Section

At the American Bar Associate Annual Meeting held in Chicago, IL this fall, Norman M. Powell was elected to an additional leadership position. Mr. Powell was elected as a member of the governing Council of the Business Law Section.  He currently serves as Chair of the Section's Uniform Commercial Code Committee.
