Vincent Thomas Appointed Chair of the Notice Act Committee of the DSBA Estates and Trusts Section

Vincent Thomas was appointed Chair of the Notice Act Committee.  The Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association Estates and Trusts section is charged with updating the Delaware Silent Trust statute.
