Young Conaway Proud to Support the Emmanuel Dining Room

WILMINGTON, DE - The attorneys and staff of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP are mindful of the hardships facing many in our community. Consistent with our firm’s strategic plan, our members continue to identify and support those organizations which can affect change and lessen the struggles of others.
The Emmanuel Dining Room (“EDR”) is a local non-profit that feeds those in need in the Wilmington area and throughout Delaware. EDR serves an average of 550 nutritious meals every day. During the hot summer months, EDR is especially in need of bottled water as well as food supplies such as large cans of vegetables. A donation of as little as $1,000 supports the purchase of over 4,000 bottles of water or provides canned vegetables for a full month of meals.
Young Conaway has been a longtime sponsor of the EDR and the Ministry of Caring. The firm was honored to provide the EDR with a donation of $24,800 to help ease their ongoing need for water, vegetables, and other supplies. Young Conaway’s summer associates and interns will also be preparing and delivering a food donation to the EDR as part of their community service project next month.
