Young Conaway was ranked twenty-one (21), the highest ranking for a Delaware firm, in The Deal's Q1 2021 Bankruptcy Law Firm Power Ranking League Table.
The Deal combines its own reporting and proprietary deal intelligence to rank the top law firms handling bankruptcy transactions in the United States. The bankruptcy league tables "are comprised of advisory assignments on business petitions with liabilities of at least $25 million, filed in U.S. courts, in a rolling 12 months."
The Deal also ranks investment banks, crisis management firms and other bankruptcy professionals involved in restructuring transactions.
