Personal Injury Partner Richard A. DiLiberto, Jr. and Employment Law Associate Lauren E. M. Russell presented at the 22nd Annual Delaware State Bar Associate/St. Thomas More Society Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, Wilmington, Delaware on Friday, February 10, 2017.

Mr. DiLiberto’s topic was "The Ethics of Business Generation", and Ms. Russell's topic was "Employment Litigation and Mediation: Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls."

The full-day program offered 6.5 CLE credits in Enhanced Ethics and featured an impressive list of speakers including Delaware Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr., U.S District Court Judge Richard G. Andrews, Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge, former Vice-Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Esq., Deputy Disciplinary Counsel Kathleen Vavala, Charles Slanina, Esq., and Professor Michael S. McGinniss of the University of North Dakota School of Law.
