Biography

Alan’s background and interests lie at the intersection of law and business. From books and records actions to shareholder disputes, Alan integrates his knowledge of business and accounting principles to understand client issues and objectives in order to develop clear solutions. His attention to detail, determination, and enthusiasm to learn also make him a great team player.

Alan attended William and Mary Law School, where he was a staff member of the William and Mary Business Law Review. During his time there, he interned for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace in the Superior Court of Delaware, gaining significant experience in complex commercial litigation. Alan gained additional experience in corporate and commercial litigation when he interned for a national firm in its Delaware office. At the conclusion of his law school career, Alan received the Carter Kaplan & Co. International Finance Law Award for his excellence in international finance law.
