Biography

Alyssa O’Connell is eDiscovery Counsel in the firm's Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section. She has over twenty years of litigation experience, and has practiced in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Superior Court.  Alyssa has deep experience managing eDiscovery projects including those related to document collection, review and privilege, and advises clients and co-counsel on such matters in the discovery phase of their cases.
